I put the screws half way so they are adjustible if that's what you are refering to. If you are looping through the hole on the strut, it doesn't matter. Just make it so it can't come off.

I like the screw sitting better cause it's adjustible. My Euro does not have it, and after the bent strut deal, it's getting it.
