I've seen some that were, and some that weren't. I haven't built any of the "Stik" ARFs, but if you want one that's very aerobatic, and VERY easy to assemble, take a look at the Midwest Aerobat:
I'll second Mike's recomendation of the Midwest Aerobat. Based on his review I bought one for myself and it has become one of my favorite airplanes ever.

It went together easily and it flies great.
