I restarted the browser, and did a reboot, without any luck .. however, when I use a different machine to access RCU I do not see the problem - that suggests that the issue may very well be client side (i.e on one of my machines) rather than being server side.

I'll try a different browser altogether, or failing that, just stop posting from that one machine until I figure out how to resolve the issue.
