The leading edge flaps...

Using information learned from Larry Wolfe's article, but changing the approach slightly. I'm molding a tapered circular shape, which will become the sub leading edge, on which the leading edge flap will rotate. I'll be adding this to the construction article as I go. Right now, I'm just cleaning up all the plugs, spraying some primer, etc., to have them presentable for Triple Tree.

When we get back, it's a little final finishing, then on to the mold making. That's when I'll add all the leading edge flap stuff to the article. The molded piece will make all the fabrication normally required, such as sanding the sub leading edge, unnecessary.

Can't wait to test fly this baby.
