RE: switch from pull start to roto start
I dislike the traxxas cheEZy start most of electric starters, the jump start systems are a little bit of an improvement over them, but they all have the same problem, tamiyakid already addressed this, when or if the engine floods and hydro locks, your one way can strip or break, or sometimes con rods can snap if the starter is strong enough. If you do more of racing, or dont mind carrying a bulky bump starter (starter box), then it is probably the best choice. But pullstarts still are good in my book, the rope usually only breaks if you pull it out too far or if the engine hydro locks.
