I built mine stock and installed a well-used os 61 fx because that's what I had around. I flew it all season this year and I think many would be surprised about how well it flies. It's got plenty of vertical and will snap easily with the stock elevator. I think you should go ahead with the Saito 100 and stick with the stock tail feathers.
