I agree 100%

That's one of my biggest gripes with SIG planes. Although to be fair, it IS an easy way to build a nose, so if ease of building is more important to you than good looks, it's a great way to go.

Here's my take on the 3 Bipes mentioned:

Sig Hog:
Pros: Easy to build, easy to fly
Cons: Looks like a Hog Bipe

GP Skybolt:
Pros: Looks good, flys Excellent
Cons: Probably the toughest of the 3 to build, but not outrageously hard, and it's heavy

CGM Ultimate:
Pros: Easy to build, Outstanding flier
Cons: Not for a novice
