seems like i got something kind of like this myself. the aileron servos in my spirit elite glider buzz a bit at idle and i cant really find a reason for it. the limkages are ok and this happens even when the linkages are taken off. only the aileron servos, both sides. all the rest of the servos behave perfectly normal. the setup is hitec 8 channel rx, expert servos (look a lot like hitec 81s) and a 4 cell nimh pack. eclipse tx. happens as well with a 4 cell nicd pack. i know sometimes a servo will buzz a bit but this seems excessive to me and why the aileron servos only? the ailerons operate normally and the only symptom is the buzzing. i may do a check and see if there is high current draw. if not, i guess i wont worry too much about it. its just odd. chillybee's issue sounds like a low voltage issue to me. another thing, the connectors that we use i think are pretty poor. when i charge a rx pack at much over 1 amp, the plug gets warm.
