Ray, I am with you on the Saito's looks. In my opinion (not that it is worth much) your job on the muffler looks great. Nothing wrong with it coming out the side. I put a Saito 82 in my FuntanaS 40 and mounted the muffler just like you did. I will be using the Saito 100 on my VF Edge and I am sure I will install it just like yours. Good Job and nice plane.
