RE: Landing foamies w/out LG and preventing prop damage?
Well guys I appreciate the info, but the gear is staying on. I had a hard landing the other, really a crash from a harrier 6" off the deck and the prop got a small nick in it, but the prop shaft broke right off the motor. I bought some new foam wrapped wheels that are much better as well. I am just not comfortable with trying to land this flimsy plane without the gear. I have no faith that it will hold up. Catching it I am not ready for. Maybe some day.
