I failed to mention that I put some teflon based lube in the prop shaft and on the gears. I can't remember exactly what the name of it is (I'm at work right now). But there is a product called "Finish Line Teflon-Plus Dry Lube" that you can get at bicycle shops. It certainly makes the plane more quiet and I'm sure you'll notice a power difference.
