It spent almost a year in Kuwait and Iraq. It's awesome. And don't forget the butane. A whole lot cheaper than the other one mentioned before. Also, who really cares about it getting hot. Thats the point of soldering. Also, if you burn yourself on a soldering iron, you deserve it. I used to drip solder on myself, until I learned what the correct ammount for the job was. Hven't burned myself in over 2 years.
