HELP....

Figured someone here could help me out....

For the life of me I cannot get this to work..

I have this multimeter:

and I am trying to measure current in mAh.... I have followed the directions, I have read other posts (the post about calibrating your charger) and set the multi up exactly (at least I think it is) the way it should be, but it just won't measure current....

I either get spikes in voltage....or other weird things

Can someone help me out and wlak me through measuring current?
