What you say it true, maybe the plane just isn't designed to fly at our model speeds. Even when we think we are flying them at scale speed they still are too fast. I'm going to tape a piece of cardboard over my canopy opening and see if it makes a difference, before I tear up my telescoped canopy!
BTW, What's your next project? If you've been looking at RCscalebuilder you know what mine are.
