I'm in the process of finishing mine. I bought this plane for the purpose you and ElectRick mentioned, but I did opt for the high, high priced digital precision servos....just in case. I don't think it will be a problem, this plane has big control surfaces. I recall Bob P. setting up his rates at 14%/15% for pattern flying.

If memory serves me well (from reading all the threads), this plane is a re-badged JR Explorer (acrobatic version).

Of course, it really does not matter, we all know skill is what makes the difference here. If you want to see a pattern ship this size freestyling, look for the Widebody 60 video in this forum (I think its on p.3 now).
Thanks, I'll look for that video. I am using digital servos, but they are Hitec digital hi-torque minis (75oz.in.). I use to be strictly high dollar, but when I stripped the gears in two of my DS8411's, I realized that there are no fool proof servos, so I'll take my chances...
