Now that I think about it though... that doesn't make much sense as you'd think the cold weather would keep the engine cooler meaning I could run with less fuel in the mixture.... Hmm....
Cold air is more dense. If don't touch your needles and go from a warm/hot day to a cold day, your mixture will still be more lean.
