Hmmm, that seems like too much prop for an OS46. While the OS46AX was on my Tiger II, I was using an 11x6W prop and also a 12.25x3.75. Both similar in performance really, at least, that I could notice with my Tiger II. My tiger "felt" heavy and is posted to be 5.5 lbs. So, given marketing fudge factors, I'd say over 6 lbs is not unreasonable.

From a magazine article, I recall that the OS peaks in HP near 12k rpm. With my 11x6W prop, I tach'd 10.7k rpm. With 12x4 (12.25x3.75), I tach'd 11k rpm.

I think I'm going to keep my fingers crossed. I do like the look on this model!
