15/64ths is a perfect fit for drilling 6mm wing/stap alighment pegs.

Now, how the h--l do you get the stab tube to fit the stab halves? Mine won't go in an inch before it binds tight. Sure hate to sand down the tube, not to mention the carbon mess. Are you guys having the same problem? How did you handle it?
