Default RE: Will this work

ORIGINAL: newbtoRC

ok, I was wanting to get a new plane soon, but i was wondering if i could od this. Could i get another reciever on the same channel as my current and just turn it on and turn my radio on and it still work? I was wanting to do this to save some money and not get the 6 EXA yet
If you already have a 6EXA, you'll have no problem with installing a flight pack with the same channel in your second plane, that's what it's designed for. Before flying, simply go to model memory 2, be sure that reversing switches are set properly and off you go. Trim settings made for model two will not effect the settings for model one. Just be sure you have the right model number for each plane before you take off (should be part of a preflight checklist). BTW, you can operate 6 different models using that single transmitter. Your TX manual can explain it better than I have.
The 6EXA was my first radio specifically for this reason. I spent a little more up front, but I don't need a new TX for every plane
