I would recommend if you intend to stay in the sport that you get a slightly better radio then the 6 exa I bought one after 4 months of using a skysport and I thought it was really good but found it had limitations on later planeswhich occured 5 months after I bought it. I got into 3d aircraft and the 6 exa only has dual rates on ailerons and elevators. my rudder could not be lessened. I wish I had known about a few of the 6 exa other short falls especially when using dual aileron servo mixing because for a little more I could of had a 7 or 9 that I use now. this is my opinion but you can decide for yourself. If anyone at the field you fly has a 6 exa for more then 6 months or has had one ask them what you think about it first before you buy. I like the hitec flight packs better then the futaba ones because there is no high low band on them and they work good with jr airtronics and futaba transmitters equally well.
