RE: Looking for Old Pattern Planes
The Tipo was designed for old style (non tyurnaround) pattern. It is ok today to get your feet wet in pattern but is not going to be a real competitive model. Reason being is Tiupos and models of that generation are smaller much more heavily loaded than modern designs. They fly a lot faster and are not suited for aresti (turnaround) type flying.
