RE: It Does work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
red back: a little of both. I noticed that now the "hard spot" is not really a spot any more. its a lot mor worn in. what I did do is adjust the air bleed screw (its on the carb) and I backed the nedle valve out WAY beyond the manuall suggested 2 1/2 turns. it was about 3 1/4 turns from fully closed when it began to sputter. then I remembered what some one said that that air bleed screw some times makes it hard to start. So I opened that about 1 turn and a click and it started long enough for me to get over the exhiliration of finaly succeding, then It died. So I tried again and it ran until I turned it off.
glow plug warmer is back on the charger so I can break it in some more.
thanks for the help every one!!! I much appreciate the help in getting the engine to start. Id advise newbies to try to get there engines to start reliably before they go to the field with day dreams of "ace pilot" dancing in there heads (and theres nothing wrong wit dreamin!!!)
