If you go to "withdraw" there is an option to use a virtual credit card. After you put in the website (
www.extremeflightrc.com) it will pop up a small window across the bottom with a credit card number and expiration date that you can use on a website that doesn't except paypal. It works as a Master card. Give it a shot.
