Default RE: Super Tigre .60 Bluehead

Actually I have been experimenting with that on other engines. I found a paint made for brake calipers at my local auto parts store. I painted the muffler on one of my .25 LA engines and it is a close match to the blue that O.S. uses. Got several gallons of fuel through the engine and the muffler looks just like the day I painted it.
As for the alternate piston, I was informed that piston and head were to be used with a Perry Carb and pump that replaced the back plate. The gentleman that I got it from indicated he purchased new in 1972 (dated receipt in box.)
The one in the engine now definitely has a baffle and the blue head is cut to match.
Who is Frank Bowman and how do I contact him?
