Normal flight is just like any other CP heli. But, make sure you get a "mode 2" (throttle on left stick).
For inverted flight on the HB2 - take the throttle halfway up, then flip the "3D" switch towards you. Now half throttle is zero pitch, zero throttle is full negative pitch, and full throttle is full positive pitch. Motor RPM goes from half to full in each direction.
