RE: DPM Edge 540 T engine choice.
I agree, I think the 140L would be a little small for this plane if you want to 3D, The QQ yak would be great, I just received mine and the quality looks great, When I had my previous DPM Edge my weight came in at 12.75 lbs. I had lithium batteries, one servo per aileron, pull-pull on rudder and elevator, carbon fiber landing gear, all stock hardware with the exception of a sullivan tail wheel. My current set-up with the ZDZ 40 is carbon fiber landing gear, spinner and wing tube; Luthium batteries; one servo per aileron (throttle management will be the key); pull-pull on rudder and elevator; I have changed to Hanger 9 4-40 titanium pro links hardware with ball joints and the a 4-40 sullivan clevis on the ailerons with the stock horns and JR 8411 servo's. I added a Foam Pilot for IMAC and to keep the weight down I purchased a DPM instrument panel then made a color copy from my home all in one printer with regular paper and glued it in, I did this for IMAC. Other than that, the rest is stock
