There is nothing wrong with flying this plane on PPM (FM)
I have flown SEVERAL gassers without using PCM.

PCM is not less suceptable than PPM. They just handle the noise differently.

No right or wrong. Use what your comfortable with.
I did not say it would not work, just not as well and not worthy, IMO, for a plane of this caliber. The main reason is its 512 bit resolution vs. PCM's 1024, or 2048. On control surfaces this large, 512 bit becomes quite noticeably sloppy, for lack of a better term. And you can't argue that a PCM signal is not more solid than FM...
