Like you said, they are very responsive to emails... Have you tried contacting them ?... I am sure they will bring you up to speed .. I imagine they really have a backlog of orders as successful as there planes are ... I would not concern myself with the ailerons... I have two of there planes and it is a non issue.. There is way more aileron authority then is needed... Just an uneducated guess here but I suspect the reason the aileron servo is at one end of the aileron instead of the center is because the wing is not thick enough further out to fit a standard servo in it... I also suspect that it is this wing design that makes these cut through the air like an arrow.. Straight and true... Adding carbon fiber to the ailerons IMHO is totally unnecessary and just adds another possibility for problems..
Did you check the aileron hinge lines on your wings ? If you did not get them straight (exp one end higher then the other) it will cause the readings you seem to be getting with your incidence meter… Using the ailerons for incidence readings is not very accurate at best… Out of all the airplanes they have sold, all the responses on here etc yours seem to be the only ones that have a warp problem… Some long odds there…
When you get one of these in the air you will see just what a great flying plane they are…
