Here it is March 23rd. I thought I would just let everyone know. If you read my post of 1-27, Vetorflight promised to send a new replacement wing and fuse "in about a month". Two months later, I am still waiting. Their communication is very prompt but they are lacking in the performance catagory.

I would cut them a little slack! Alot of other companies might have just told you that the problem was your tough luck. If we were talking about a Plane with a rep for having problems, then I would jump right to your defense and be yelling about the Company putting out defective stuff. Fortunately we are talking about a Company that has a rep for putting out good Planes, and their more than gracious customer service may someday put themselves out of business if they replace every single Plane of theirs that makes contact with the ground. If the Plane indeed has a Major defective part that is the direct result of a crash, then it is great that they offered to fix you up, but every crash I have ever had was the result of Pilot Error, and I can't imagine any Company lasting long if everytime somebody dumb thumbed one in they blamed the Manufacturer. I am not saying that you did this, I am just saying that from a Manufacturers Point of view it must be offten difficult to determine fault, and it seems that in this case that VectorFlight has pretty well taken your word that the Plane Malfunctioned. Thats pretty trusting I would say, and a very rare quallity. So I would be inclined to cut them some slack if it takes them awhile to get your parts to you. I am sure their small Company is getting stuff out just as fast as they can!
