Default RE: Ignition Mounting???

Take those 3/4 inch cup hooks. they look like a "C" with a threaded end to them. Screw them into the top of the motor box ina square pattern around the ignition, about an two inches away from the ignition. Sort of like rubber banding a wing on a trainer for example. Then put a piece of foam underneath the ignition module, I also use some double sided tape, and then rubber band the ignition module down by criss-crossing the rubber bands to the cup hooks. just make sure the open end of the hooks are facing to the outside. works great. i would posta picture, but I do not have one. Like I said its a soft mount that in eight years Ive never had a problem. I usually put the ignition on the top of the motor box and the battery on the bottom mounted the same way. I hope this is clearer.
