Predator......Can you do one thing for me? Put your engine back on the plane inverted. Now, take your fuel line that comes out of the fuel tank and make it loop up above the carburetor before it goes into the carb. I had to do this to keep my saito from drowning when I did a test run with it on my Alpha trainer. See if this help any at all. Make sure you dont let any of the fuel line go below the carb. I put my quick fill connection above my carb and that solved my problems. Try it out and see what happens. What can you lose?

gjeffers.....Man, thats a pretty nice blazer! Looks like it could use a little paint job. That really looks good tho. The frame thats on my Nova came off of a blazer of about your year blazer. 79' to be exact. I can't really see in the pic what that blue thing is on the fromt of the grille. I know you said you had a winch on it but I haven't ever seen a blue one. Looks good man! good job!
Looks like Y'all have lots and lots of room to fly out in CA. I myself would prefer to be in the desert rather than the hill country. It rains alot and seems to be humid most of the time.
