If your charger is designed to handle 8 cells and nimh packs, that may work ok. I would recommend 1 amp or under. For an overnight charger, I would recommend part number JRPC222. Other chargers that will work include the E-Flight Pinnacle and Pinnacle+ chargers as well as many others. If you charge through the charge jack, just be sure that you set the polarity correctly, the connector needs to be center pin negative.
