Default OS46 AX Overheating?

Hi there,

My OS46AX engine, keeps on giving me trouble....

The engine has been flying about 8 to 10 hours now as has been run in.

I did 4 flights yesterday without too much hassle... except that it was a bit hard to start.

Today, I fired it up (again difficult to start), and all was looking good.

After take-off, about 2 mins in the flight, the engine looses power. It develops less than 1/3 power, even with the throttle wide open.
I had this 2 or 3 times today. Each time I managed to land my super sport 40S without damage.

Immediately after landing the engine feels very hot. Too hot to touch. The outside temp was about 90F/35C.
I use Coolpower 10% since the beginning with this engine.

Could this be a sign of overheating...? If so, what can be done...?

My Super Sport, has a cowling, but this has not been installed yet.
The engine was involved in a crash lately on another aircraft. I opened it, check the carbu and took the backplate and the cylinder head of, all looked fine.

Hope to have some feedback from you guys.

Thanks and Brgds,
