Jon,
I have the Duralite voltmeter that has both a 0.5 amp and 1 amp load. Can be used separate or together for a 1.5 amp load. I believe Hanger 9 has something similar. Just plug it in your charge port get a reading then push the load button, let it stabilize in a couple of seconds and see the voltage under load.
