Venture CP - What Gyro and Pipe to use?
What tail rotor servo are you going to use? I have a 401/9253 on my Venture, and it works beautifully. Make sure to turn OFF the DS switch on the gyro if you use a non-digital servo with the 401, or else it will take out the gear train on the servo within just a few flights. If you're looking for a fast non-digital servo, a Hitec 525 works well as a tail rotor servo.
As far as a pipe, KSJ makes a good 30-size pipe. But, since this is your first heli, you don't really need that right now. Spend your money on fuel.
