RE: Extreme Flight 87" Yak 54 - Build & Fly
Well I flew my YAK again the other day still working on getting it dialed in. There was a bout a 10-15 mph wind. Under most circumstances this is not a prob but with the ultralight Yak and 90 degree crosswind and sweat in eyes. It was not a pretty landing by any means. To make a long excuse riddin post that would drag on and on, I basically cracked the the landing gear. Fortunatley I got a hold of Chris and he is going to bring a set to the XFC this weekend and I'll be back in business. It (the gear) is probably repairable but I feel safer with a new set. The plane was not damaged just the pride of the Red Bull was knocked.
