I am useing sullivan 4-1/2 skylite's drilled and bushed to get a better roll.

Tim build lite espicaly in th tail group, I would use lots of lighting holes, as long as you alow three times the material thichnes from the edge of the hole to the edge of the material, you will not reduce the strengh. In the tail group I use gorilla glue and ca's caution if you use gorilla glue use it vary sparingly, try some samples, its as strong as epoxy and half the weight, but it takes longer to set/dry
