Chargers
I neeed a new charger.... Mike I have been using one of your CG325 for 12 years or so to do all my charging, I usually have 20-25 plane and helos in my hanger and almost all have 1200ma NiMh receiver packs. Two weeks ago after about 20min of flying one of my fun fly planes went down with a dead battery. I went home and did a test on 9 planes or helos and all but two were showing about half capacity or less. I charge the packs at the 550ma Nicd setting and have been doing this for many years and have had no life span problem with the packs. I have two questions,
1. Was I lucky before and really shouldn't be doing it as I have been?
2. I've gotten very good service from the CG325, what do you make that is designed for charging NiMh and does quick peak and has a efficiency tester too. Maybe with a digital display. Cost is not the object since I have a lot invested in this hobby.
