Thanks to Don for letting me try his airplane. It flies very nicely and using an OS .61 (FX I think) and a standard muffler I didn't find myself running out of speed. Very smooth and I really like the classic lines of this design. Brian has made me an incredible offer on the one he is building so I can compete with it at Knoxville. I'll use an OS .61FSR with a standard muffler. I think this line of kits, when they are available, will provide a good source of planes for use in SPA competition. I'd like to see this organization grow in other parts of the country.
