I think you should go with 22x8 for good transition, 22x10 is too much and you didn't finished the break-in yet.
I found that the best plug is the NGK BM6A.
Your plug have a projected tip (P) which don't work quite well with mixture.
Other than that you also have a resistor in your's and it's one step colder (7), just try it and let us know how it works.
You should get a very good performance at 14.7 lbs, after you said that it hovered the WH at 16 lbs.
