me personaly, is

60% on ele (to soften it up so i dont have to switch back and forth on rates)
40% on ail (same as above, will allow you to fly around with ease but you have it when you need it)
0% rud (need it to move that tail around, helps with hover)
these rates allow me to stay on high rates and still be able to fly but i have my max throws when i need them
