The difference in yawing force it can do at that slight angle is simply not possible to measure
Just like a rudder leaning to one side - not worth the effort to change it
But - if the stab was off on incidence -that much -it would easily show up .
The problem with "squaring" the model is that you really need to know which dimensions ( angles) are really critical.
