The shaft is just pressed into the hub. The outer bell pulls off with the shaft. It doesn't pull out easily because of the magnets, but it does pull out. Then the shaft has to be gently tapped out of the hub.
The nut holds the outer bell of the motor on the hub. It's not your problem.
