With the Saito 100 you'll want to use the pull/pull system which means the rudder servo is in the middle of the fuse. I did that even with the YS 110 which is about 7 ozs heavier than the Saito. You'll want to mount your battery forward.
With the Saito I think the best prop is the 16x4W but others think the 15x6. Either way should be fine.
