You're pretty close Milton. Yes, there will be 4 oversize ailerons. The empennage is 3/16" light balsa because I couldn't find a piece of 1/8" without any warps. If I did cut holes, I wouldn't strengthen them with CA. The cores are NACA 0015 cut on my home-built CNC foam cutter.
I will make the plan available in some form. I'm making adjustments as I go and I'll need to test fly it first.
