thanks for the reply, ill check voltage at motor tommorow. thats gotta be it. ill see if i can motors around here, i went to the nearst city around hers hobby shop. the kid didnt know what a 480 speed electric motor was. he gave me some 150.00 motor for a car.i told em , na.... i dont thinks so, they should be 20 buks for 2...... oh well.
