Default RE: Extreme Flight 87" Yak 54 - Build & Fly

I knew that my fuse has a slight twist in it, but before I worked the twist using Bodyworks technique I wanted to mount the wings and stabs and look at from that perspective. I know from using a level that my wings and stabs are about 3/4 of a bubble off from one another... The wings fits great -- nice and snug. The stabs fit great too, until I looked at them closely... The twist is there, but it's not very bad. However, when looking from all angle I could see that when the elevators are flush with the stabs that they don't line up! I put my Robart incidence meters on the stabs and there is 2 degrees difference between the two. At this point I don't know which one is at the correct incidence...[:@] And only one of the four 6-32 cap screws would thread into the fuse and blind nut...

I know others had the twist -- has anyone else seen the incidence problem?
