My new Yak also has a slight twist. I have not checked the incidence though (and probably wont)
My advice is to go fly the plane as is. See what you think. If you think its doing something weird due to the incidence then you can fix it but my guess is that the plane will fly fine.
You may save yourself a lot of hassle trying to fix a problem that may or not affect the plane in an adverse way.

Also, if one of your blind nuts are stubborn, run a 6-32 tap into it. That should help.
