Could not find the original picture, but I matched the fin up to only one design. That design is Clif Weirick's Candy, winner of the 1965 Nats. The fin design on that plane is unlike any other of that era. With a full 3 view we could be 100%, but since that is all we have, I have to go with the Candy. BTW.. plans are available thru RCM... and a glass fuselage was made by at least 2 manufacturers during that period. That "fastback" canopy on the picture must just be a bit of builder originality. Hope this helps.
