jsn is correct....I need it to be able to get the covering to stick to some areas that are fuel soaked....I tired everything to get the oil out but the covering still won't stick....

right now I've added a 22" sanding bar (have an 11"), 1" and 1 1/4" T-pins, 16oz of Balsarite, and 100 #11-blades. That's about $30 so I think I'm ok....
